Subdivision/Site Plan Regulations

Updating both Subdivision and Site Plan Regulations is an ongoing process. After conducting a public hearing, changes to these regulations are voted on and approved by the Planning Board. Please refer to Chapters 275 (Site Plan) and 289 (Subdivision) of the Town of Hudson Code Book.
